Navigating the CCC Web Site
Starting from the Home Page
Navigating around the site from the home page is straight-forward and quite simple. The "Navigation Bar" bar takes you to all the information you'll need.
TIPS
- You can discover Cleveland Community College, link to Take Classes!, Programs & Courses, Services for Students, Services for Business & Industry, Campus Life, or About CCC information, easily access Registration and Financial Aid information, view the latest class schedule, find your way around campus, and much, much more.
- If you can't find what you're looking for, use the "Search" box next to the social media and blackboard icons. It will search the site for keyword(s) you enter.
- Whether you're a prospective or returning student, you can quickly find out how to enroll in classes by clicking the "REGISTER NOW!" in the icons below the slideshow on the Home page.
- Find out what's happening at the college. Just scroll through the Calendar of Events found by clicking the "What's Happening On Campus?" link.
- There are social media icons on every page linking to Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube through cccSocial, as well as icons linking to cccConnect and Blackboard.
- No need to worry about scrolling back to the top of a long page. Every page contains a footer section with links to just about everything!

What are Topics/Subtopics?
Main topics are those topics listed in the navigation menu. (I.E. - Take Classes, Programs & Courses, Services for Student, Services for Business & Industry, Campus Life, and About CCC) Subtopics are topics located within the pages that open when a main topic link is clicked. (See example below)

Getting Help
The CCC Helpdesk staff assists students with technical issues related to Blackboard, MyCleveland, and student email. They also provide assistance with Microsoft Office and other curriculum related programs, campus wireless access, presentation development, and other computer and software related issues.
The Helpdesk is open during the Jim and Patsy Rose Library’s operating hours.
You can receive assistance in person on the second level of the Rose Library, by phone at 704-669-4133, or by email at: ccchelpdesk@clevelandcc.edu.
You can also chat with the Helpdesk staff through Blackboard IM (Pronto).
In Blackboard IM click on the “School” tab to access the Helpdesk during the following times:
Monday 4pm – 6pm
Tuesday 4pm – 6pm
Wednesday 3pm – 5pm
Thursday 3pm – 5pm
Friday 12pm – 2pm
If you need help with Blackboard outside of the Rose Library's operating hours, contact our 24/7 support service at (866) 829 - 5056, or visit our online Blackboard help desk and choose "Request Support," then "Chat."
Remember, these services are not intended to provide guidance for course-specific questions about assignments, tests, grades, or course content. Those questions should be directed to your instructor.
