ACT National Career Readiness Certificate™ (NCRC)
The North Carolina National Career Readiness Certificate was developed by ACT, Inc. in 2006 to help efficiently match skills with jobs; which helps people find great jobs and companies find skilled workers. The NC NCRC is an industry-recognized, portable, research-based credential that certifies essential skills in Reading for Information, Applied Mathematics, and Locating Information. The WorkKeys system is used by the NCRC to determine the skills needed for success in the workplace, these represent the skills require by over 85% of jobs.

On average, it takes around 1 1/2 hours to complete pre-assessment. Our trained expert/advisor will give you your score immediately upon completion and together, you and your advisor, will plan your next steps. (View Pre-Assessment Test Schedule)
