cccAlert Emergency Notification
How cccAlert works?
cccAlert notifies students, faculty, and staff via official college email, text messages to mobile devices, phone calls to home or cell numbers, and other personal email addresses. Also, cccAlert notifications will be posted to Facebook, Twitter, and RSS feeds on the College website.
Text from PunchAlert comes from 96167
Email from PunchAlert comes from firstname.lastname@example.org
Phone Call from Punch Alert comes from 779-803-0003
The College President will make the decision as to whether or not classes will be held during periods of inclement weather. Announcements will be sent via cccAlert and will be posted on the College's website. Area television stations will also be notified. If day classes are canceled, night classes are automatically canceled. If the College delays opening, a normal schedule will be observed from the time of the opening (i.e., for a 10:00 a.m. opening students would begin their day wherever they would usually be at 10 a.m.). Class work for courses missed because of a closing or delay will be made up on an individual basis.
