Paying for Your Courses in MyCleveland
Tuition and fees can be paid in person or online. Students are not officially registered for a course until tuition and fees are paid. If a student is receiving financial aid, tuition and fees will be charged to the student account. Any remaining charges not covered by financial aid, will be billed to the student after classes begin.
To qualify for in-state tuition, students must be a North Carolina resident for tuition purposes as defined by state law. Students are responsible for providing the College with information necessary to determine residency status. Residency Information is available by contacting Student Services at 704-669-4081.
A student activity fee of $31.00 per semester will be charged to students who register for seven or more credit hours. Students taking six or fewer credit hours will be charged a student activity fee of $16.00 per semester. No activity fee is charged during the Summer term. In addition, a $1 per credit hour ($16 maximum per term) computer and technology fee will be charged to all curriculum students. The student activity fee and technology fee are non-refundable.
Students in specific programs (e.g. Allied Health, BLET, and Cosmetology) and courses may incur additional costs for textbooks, uniforms, insurance, supplies, and other required fees. For more information, please refer to the Academic Bulletin and Student Handbook.
