REQUEST A TRANSCRIPT
Transcript requests must be submitted in writing to the Student Services Department

Log into MyCleveland (Make sure you've setup your account!) and follow the steps on this page.
ENROLLMENT VERIFICATION
Enrollment and Degree Verifications can be requested online through the National Student Clearinghouse by going to http://www.studentclearinghouse.org/.
RECORD UPDATES
Students may update their information by completing forms in the Student Services Department.
POLICIES
Policies and information relating to Academic Forgiveness, Academic Probation & Suspension, Course Repeats, and Grade Appeals are included here.
TRANSFER CREDIT
Cleveland Community College permits admission with transfer credit for students from accredited colleges and universities. Whenever possible, all transfer students will receive a letter stating the official record of transcript or official record of test scores has been evaluated and appropriate credit awarded. Students are encouraged to contact an advisor for proper course placement.
