Veterans
Students wishing to use their VA benefits must submit a copy of their Certificate of Eligibility (COE) to the Financial Aid Office in order to start your VA file. Other documentation will be required, such as your high school transcript.

Veterans Retraining Assistance Program (VRAP)
Eligibility
To qualify, a Veteran must:
- Be at least 35 but no more than 60 years old
- Be unemployed
- Have an other than dishonorable discharge
- Not be eligible for any other VA education benefit program (e.g.: the Post-9/11 GI Bill, Montgomery GI Bill, Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment Assistance)
- Not be in receipt of VA compensation due to unemployability
- Not be enrolled in a Federal or state job training program

** Direct deposit is available for MGIB - Active Duty (Chapter 30), Selected Reserve (Chapter 1606), and REAP (Chapter 1607) benefits.
** Direct deposit is not available for the Dependents & Survivors Educational Benefits-DEA (Chapter 35) and VEAP (Chapter 32).
