ATR 131 - Model-Based Design

This course introduces mathematical and visual methods of design associated with complex control, signal processing and communication systems. Topics include schematic creation, schematic editing, process flow and piping, instrumentation diagrams, graphic modeling, graphic simulation, other graphical software and documentation applications. Upon completion, students should be able to create, edit, analyze, and implement system design documentation using visual design tools. Prerequisite: ATR 112. Corequisite: EGR 111 or CIS 110
