PED 115 - Step Aerobics I

This course introduces the fundamentals of step aerobics. Emphasis is placed on basic stepping up and down on an adjustable platform; cardiovascular fitness; and upper body, floor, and abdominal exercises. Upon completion, students should be able to participate in basic step aerobics. This course has been approved for transfer under the CAA and ICAA as a Pre-major and/or elective course.
