This course covers the nutrition requirements for beef cattle. Topics include the production of agronomic crops, feed rations, nutritional requirements, and proper nutrition planning. Upon completion, students should be able to schedule the production of agronomic crops important to beef production, design feed rations and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of nutritional requirements and nutritional planning.
