Army Hiring Days
The Army National Hiring Days is an Army-wide virtual campaign
showcasing the U.S. Army’s 150 full-time and part-time career options,
training, benefits and education to inspire individuals to consider military
June 30 - July 2
ACTIVE ARMY requires a full-time commitment for a set amount of time. After Basic Combat Training and Advanced Individual Training, Soldiers receive their assignment in the continental United States or overseas in locations ranging from Germany to Korea. Allows individuals to choose from over 150 different career options.
ARMY RESERVE allows for training close to home so Soldiers can fulfill work and family commitments and be ready to serve if called. Allows individuals to choose from over 120 different career options.
ACTIVE ARMY benefits include full medical and dental care, 30 days of paid vacation each year and education benefits.
ARMY RESERVE benefits include an extra paycheck each month, travel opportunities and education benefits.
Qualified individuals are eligible for bonuses up to $40,000 or student loan reimbursement up to $65,000, depending on the selected occupation, length of the contract, and time line for shipping to basic training.
To become an enlisted Soldier in the U.S. Army, individuals must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident; be 17-34 years old; achieve a minimum score on the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery test; meet medical, moral and physical requirements; and be a high school graduate or equivalent.
