The Process Coordinator/Shift Supervisor leads, guides, directs and supervises union hourly teammates in an assigned area with a focus on safety, quality, production efficiency and cost containment. Responsibilities Lead, manage, direct, supervise and control staff, equipment, materials and activities in an assigned textile manufacturing area. Secures, organizes, coordinates and allocates resources available to meet production requirements. Promotes and drives safety awareness through initiating and monitoring safety programs. Oversees and ensures quality standards are communicated and maintained in assigned areas. Communicates and monitors standard operating procedures for teammates and support staff. Responsible for all manufacturing issues including but not limited to safety, quality and production. Represents the company on the shift and covers various manufacturing areas as needed.
