Celebrating Champions

Cleveland Community College proudly showcased its talent at the SkillsUSA National Leadership and Skills Conference in Atlanta, GA, June 23-28. Having already scored first-place finishes at the state level, these 15 exceptional students, along with committed staff accompanying them, were ready to take on the national stage.
During the conference, the students seized the opportunity to enhance their leadership skills, engage with potential employers, and connect with peers from across the nation. This conference wasn’t just about competition; it was a platform for learning, growth, and forging valuable connections in their respective fields.
In the spirit of giving back, CCC students and staff participated in the ‘Build Skills-Do Good-Complete the Cycle’ community service project, where they collaborated to assemble bikes for local children in Atlanta.
Our teams excelled in the nine competitions we entered, achieving top-three placements in two categories. It was a proud moment as our students took the stage, earning well-deserved medals for their hard work and dedication.
Congratulations to all our participants for showcasing their skills, spirit, and dedication at SkillsUSA Nationals!
