Apprenticeship Cleveland is a combination of on-the-job training and practical classroom instruction that prepares participants for high-skilled careers with local industry partners. Apprenticeship programs are sponsored by a local employer where the apprentice will benefit from paid employment and on-the-job training.
Upon successful completion, the apprentice qualifies for a nationally-recognized certification as a “journey worker” in a skilled trade and an academic credential from Cleveland Community College.
