This course provides a continuing investigation of the materials, processes, and techniques of painting. Emphasis is placed on the exploration of expressive content using a variety of creative processes. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate competence in the expanded use of form and variety. Techniques in watercolor and transparent acrylic are emphasized. This course has been approved for transfer under the CAA and ICAA as a premajor and/or elective course requirement.
