- Please email admissions@clevelandcc.edu for information regarding the status of your admissions application
- Login information and instructions are mailed to students with their welcome letters approximately one week after the submission of an admissions application. If you have misplaced your information or encounter difficulty when accessing your student account, please contact the IT Helpdesk at 704-669-4133 or ccchelpdesk@clevelandcc.edu

- Transcript requests can be made online by visiting CCC Transcripts. If your classes were prior to 1990, please email transcripts@clevelandcc.edu for assistance with requesting your transcript.
- Please visit our Assessments and Placement Testing page for more information. If you have specific questions regarding our test offerings, or to schedule a test, contact Testing Coordinator, Bertrand Ramseur, at 704-669-4228 or ramseurr018@clevelandcc.edu.
- Current course schedules for curriculum and continuing education are posted in the top right corner of the website
- New students may contact their assigned academic advisor for registration assistance (view the advisor information in MySuccess /AVISO account) or email advising@clevelandcc.edu. Students who have completed 15 credit hours are eligible to self register through their Self-Service application. Instructions can be found on the Registration page. Registration dates are posted on the Academic Calendar.
- Students wishing to change their program of study can do so in the Student Enrollment Center, or by completing a Program of Study change form and emailing it to admissions@clevelandcc.edu. Please note all forms require either a physical signature or to be submitted to admissions via a CCC student email.
- For address, phone number, or email changes, please complete a Student Information Change form. For name changes, please complete a Name Change form and submit it along with a copy of a state issued ID, social security card, marriage license, court documents, or other verification of legal name change to the Student Enrollment Center or email it to admissions@clevelandcc.edu. Please note all forms require either a physical signature or to be submitted to admissions via a CCC student email.
