The Cleveland Community College badge program represents the next generation of learning recognition for business and corporate leaders and employees.
Through the program and curriculum, participants may earn badges designed for leaders and employees at all levels of employment. Badges provide leaders and employees with an opportunity to learn, apply, and gain recognition for the knowledge and skills they exhibit. Badges indicate achievements of skill acquisitions at a more granular level than other training or experience. More than just rewards, badges contribute to goal setting, reputation, status affirmation and group identity.
The goal of the experience is to prepare business and corporate employees to be more effective. See online catalogue for course descriptions and class details.
