ACCELERATED PATHWAY TO SUCCESS
Key Benefits
Academic Assistance: Build a clear path to graduation from day one, provide dedicated one-on-one advising, and connect you with tutors and other support services.
Financial Assistance: Textbook funds, summer tuition assistance, and monthly grants for meeting program requirements
Career Focus Support: Professional development opportunities that are relevant to you, resume creation and revision, and career exploration
Transfer support: Personal assistance with applications to four-year universities, along with other necessary applications.
Do you qualify for Boost?
To qualify, you must:
- Be a US North Carolina resident eligible for in-state tuition, according to the NC Residency Determination Service (RDS)
- Possess a high school diploma or high school equivalency when you enter the program
- Receive the Federal Pell Grant and/or the Next NC Scholarship
- Have no more than 24 program applicable college credit hours earned
- Enrolled in one of these eligible programs?
- Attempt at least 24 credits per academic year
