“WORKING SMART” – SOFT SKILLS FOR WORKPLACE SUCCESS
Soft skills are the personal qualities that employers want in their employees. These skills include dependability, team oriented, flexible and positive attitude, accountability and more.
Working Smart is a 16-lesson curriculum taught over a minimum of 24 hours. Participants will receive a certificate from Cleveland Community College after they demonstrate competencies using self-awareness, self-management, communication and problem solving skills. In addition, this credential validates the skills taught in the Working Smart program and gives students the edge to future job opportunities.
